Building Request Forms:
used for community/non-HermNaz events that wish to use our facilities. Once the form is submitted, it will be taken to Staff Meeting so we can check the availability of the calendar and other neccessities.
Calendar Request Forms:
for HermNaz ministries if they wish to have a special event, request the church van, or make administration aware of special promotional information. Once the form is submitted, it will be taken to Staff Meeting so we can check the availability of the calendar and other neccessities.
Check Request: If you made a HermNaz church/ministry-related purchase, fill out the form to request a reimbursement. Treasurer and staff reserve the right to give or deny requests.
Maintenance Request: Use this form if you noticed something on campus that needs to be fixed, repaired, or tended to.
