Terry has been at our church as Senior Pastor since January of 2007, but has been in pastoral ministry in the Church of the Nazarene for 40 years serving as a Youth and Music Pastor and as Senior Pastor. He graduated from Northwest Nazarene University and attended Nazarene Theological Seminary.
He has been married to his wife Linda for 43 years. They have two grown children and two grandchildren. Terry enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, biking, gardening (and anything else that can be done outside) sports and old cars. He loves spending time in the mountains and at the ocean (you should see his office).
He really enjoys being around and talking to people (he's a preacher). His preaching style is informal yet practical with helpful illustrations and lots of humor.

Pastor Jerry has served in ministry for a total of 40 years. He has been pastoring Nazarene churches for 25 years. He was affiliated with the Tri-Cities Chaplaincy for 10 years as full-time Clinical Pastoral Education student then as Hospice Chaplain and Bereavement Care coordinator.
Jerry graduated from Canadian Nazarene College and Nazarene Theological Seminary. He has completed 11 hours of counselor training at Central Washington University. He was ordained in 1957 and was endorsed by the Church of the Nazarene as a Health Care chaplain in 1986.
Jerry and his wife, Shirley, have five children, Cynthia Thompson, Loren and Linda Cole, Cynthia and Michelle Hodgdon and 2 grandchildren Marielle and Michael Thompson.
Kevin, our Youth Pastor, is an amazing individual. He’s the type of individual who rock climbs in flip-flops, and plays twister with reckless abandon. In Bend, Oregon where he grew up, he is a local legend as the world champion of 5th grade wall ball and four-square. He has never cried at the end of a movie. Ever.
Kevin graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in May of 2005. He left with a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries, and mastery of gourmet cooking with the use of a toaster oven and a microwave. After spending a month in France he now recognizes over seven French words. His socks smell like rose petals strewn across a meadow stream.
It is not uncommon for him to inspire wonder and jealousy with his masterful skiing, astonish local children with his urban Frisbee skills, or play tennis with passionate mediocrity. He has read seven Shakespearean plays, 23 books by Dr. Seuss, and The Count of Monte Cristo from cover to cover; however, he wouldn’t be able to read lips to save a truckload of dying kittens (but he’d sure try).
His saxophone playing woos women and men alike. He has been able to eat “just one” chip, despite its claims of impossibility. He has a sister named Lori who lives and works in Bend, who is equally amazing. We expect even more great things out of him in the future.
Linda has worked as the Church Office Administrator for going on 16 years. Linda is originally from La Grande and moved with her husband to Hermiston in 1979. The Bakers have been married for 32 years and have 4 children, Elece who is married to Rob Fiocchi, Betsy, Jason who is married to Jasmine and Hanna who is married to RC Carson, and 5 grandchildren, Maggie, Robbie, Isiah, Robert and Jenis. Linda enjoys teaching the 4 and 5 year old Sunday School class, crocheting, scrapbooking/card making and especially enjoys being with her grandchildren, she also enjoys gardening and bird watching.
